The prime duty of this journal is to collect and make known the widely differing opinions , both in theory and in legal practice, on reform of family rights, on problems raised by the law on adoption, by the laws on divorce, on the de facto family, on drug addiction, and by legislation on the rights and duties of natural persons, protection of minors and incapacitated persons, as well as by new laws both domestic and international on marital relations, including that concerning new legal policies relating to matrimonial questions.
